เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่า บริษัท ป๊อป เอ็นเอกซ์ เวิร์ลด์ จำกัด (“เรา”) เก็บ ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน onehora.com (“บริการ”) อย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

1.1 ข้อมูลที่คุณกรอกเอง

• ข้อมูลการเกิด — ชื่อที่คุณระบุ วัน เดือน ปีเกิด เวลาเกิด สถานที่เกิด (จังหวัด/อำเภอ หรือประเทศ/เมือง) พิกัดละติจูด-ลองจิจูด และเขตเวลา ข้อมูลนี้จำเป็นต่อการคำนวณดวงชะตา
• คำถามและบทสนทนา — ข้อความที่คุณถามผู้ช่วย AI และคำตอบที่ระบบสร้างขึ้น
• ข้อมูลอื่นที่คุณเลือกให้ — เช่น ชื่อที่ต้องการตรวจตามหลักเลขศาสตร์ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ต้องการวิเคราะห์ หรือรายละเอียดชีวิตที่คุณพิมพ์เข้ามาเองในบทสนทนา

1.2 ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้

• กรณีสมัครด้วยอีเมล: อีเมลของคุณ และรหัสผ่านซึ่งถูกเก็บในรูปแบบที่ผ่านการเข้ารหัสทางเดียว (PBKDF2) เท่านั้น เราไม่เก็บและไม่สามารถอ่านรหัสผ่านจริงของคุณได้
• กรณีเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Google, LINE, Facebook, Apple): เราได้รับรหัสผู้ใช้, ชื่อที่แสดง และอีเมล (เท่าที่ผู้ให้บริการนั้นส่งมาให้และคุณอนุญาต) เราไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่านของบัญชีเหล่านั้น
• ยอดเครดิตคงเหลือและประวัติการใช้สิทธิ์รายวัน

1.3 ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและการใช้งาน

• หมายเลขไอพี (IP address) — เราประมวลผลและจัดเก็บชั่วคราวเพื่อจำกัดจำนวนการใช้งานฟรีต่อวันและป้องกันการใช้งานโดยมิชอบ (เช่น การสมัครหรือยิงคำขอซ้ำอัตโนมัติ) ข้อมูลนี้ถูกเก็บแยกเป็นรายวันและไม่ได้ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือติดตามพฤติกรรมข้ามเว็บไซต์

1.4 กรณีใช้ผ่าน LINE

หากคุณใช้บริการผ่านบัญชี LINE ของเรา เราจะเก็บรหัสผู้ใช้ LINE, ภาษาที่ตั้งไว้ในบัญชี และประวัติการสนทนาล่าสุดจำนวนจำกัด (ประมาณ 16 ข้อความล่าสุด) เพื่อให้ผู้ช่วยตอบต่อเนื่องกับเรื่องที่คุยค้างไว้

• ยืนยันตัวตน รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี และป้องกันการใช้งานโดยมิชอบ
• คำนวณสิทธิ์การใช้งานฟรี เครดิต และค่าบริการ
• ปรับปรุงคุณภาพคำตอบและพัฒนาบริการ
• ติดต่อคุณเกี่ยวกับบัญชีหรือการให้บริการ

3. ฐานทางกฎหมาย

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอก

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่ส่งต่อเพื่อการโฆษณาของบุคคลที่สาม เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา ดังนี้

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายมีที่ตั้งหรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่นอกประเทศไทย การใช้บริการจึงอาจมีการโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล

นอกจากนี้เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อมีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งศาล หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีอำนาจ

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

• ข้อมูลบัญชี ดวงชะตา และบทสนทนา — เก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่ และจะถูกลบเมื่อคุณร้องขอให้ลบบัญชี (ดูข้อ 6 และหน้า วิธีขอลบข้อมูล)
• ข้อมูลจำกัดสิทธิ์รายวันที่อ้างอิงหมายเลขไอพี — เก็บเป็นรายวันและใช้เพื่อการนับสิทธิ์เท่านั้น
• สถิติการใช้งานแบบรวม — อาจเก็บต่อไปในรูปแบบที่ไม่ระบุตัวบุคคลเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมของบริการ
• เอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษี — เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้

• สิทธิเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ
• สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน
• สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
• สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
• สิทธิคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล
• สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น
• สิทธิถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้ (ไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ทำไปแล้วโดยชอบ)
• สิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ใช้สิทธิได้โดยติดต่อ admin@popnx.com เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันนับแต่ได้รับคำขอที่ครบถ้วน

7. คุกกี้และที่จัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์

• ที่จำเป็น — ใช้รักษาสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบและการตั้งค่าของคุณ (เช่น ภาษา ธีม ประวัติดวงที่บันทึกในเครื่อง) ส่วนนี้ปิดไม่ได้เพราะบริการจะทำงานไม่ได้
• สถิติการใช้งาน — ทำงานเมื่อคุณกด “ยอมรับทั้งหมด” เท่านั้น หากเลือก “เฉพาะที่จำเป็น” เราจะไม่บันทึกสถิติการเข้าใช้ของคุณ

ข้อมูลดวงและบทสนทนาบางส่วนถูกเก็บไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณเองด้วย เพื่อให้เปิดใช้งานต่อได้เมื่อกลับมา คุณสามารถล้างได้จากปุ่มล้างประวัติในแอป หรือล้างข้อมูลเว็บไซต์จากการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์

8. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เราใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะผู้ที่จำเป็น เก็บรหัสผ่านในรูปแบบที่ผ่านการเข้ารหัสทางเดียว และมีมาตรการจำกัดอัตราการเรียกใช้เพื่อป้องกันการโจมตี อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยโดยสมบูรณ์ หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของคุณ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

9. ผู้เยาว์

บริการนี้มุ่งให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่มีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป หากผู้เยาว์ประสงค์จะใช้บริการ ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากเราพบว่าได้รับข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์โดยไม่มีความยินยอมที่ถูกต้อง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น

10. ข้อจำกัดของคำพยากรณ์

คำพยากรณ์และคำแนะนำทั้งหมดในบริการนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแนวทางประกอบการพิจารณาเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คำวินิจฉัยทางการแพทย์ คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย หรือคำแนะนำการลงทุน โปรดปรึกษาผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับเรื่องเหล่านั้น

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านบริการหรือทางอีเมล วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ล่าสุดแสดงไว้ด้านบนของหน้านี้

Privacy Policy

Effective: 30 July 2026

This policy explains how POP NX WORLD CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal data of users of the onehora.com website and application (the “Service”), in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Birth details — the name you enter, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth (province/district or country/city), latitude and longitude, and time zone. This is required to calculate an astrological chart.
• Questions and conversations — the messages you send to the AI assistant and the answers generated in response.
• Other information you choose to provide — such as a name to be analysed numerologically, a phone number to be analysed, or personal circumstances you type into the conversation.

1.2 Account data

• If you register with email: your email address, and your password stored only as a one-way hash (PBKDF2). We do not store and cannot read your actual password.
• If you sign in with a third-party provider (Google, LINE, Facebook, Apple): we receive a user identifier, display name and email address, to the extent that provider supplies it and you authorise it. We never receive your password for those accounts.
• Your credit balance and daily free-usage records.

1.3 Technical and usage data

• IP address — processed and stored on a short-term basis to enforce daily free-usage limits and prevent abuse (for example automated sign-ups or repeated requests). It is stored per day and is not used for advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking.
• Usage statistics — country of access, referral channel, number of questions, model used and estimated cost. This is recorded only if you accept in the privacy banner.
• Cookies and browser storage — see section 7.

1.4 If you use the Service via LINE

If you use our LINE account, we store your LINE user identifier, your account language setting, and a limited number of recent messages (approximately the last 16) so the assistant can follow the thread of your conversation.

2. Purposes of processing

• Calculating charts and delivering the readings you request
• Saving and syncing your charts and conversations across your devices
• Authentication, account security, and abuse prevention
• Calculating free allowances, credits and fees
• Improving answer quality and developing the Service
• Contacting you about your account or the Service

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising. We disclose data only as necessary to service providers processing data on our behalf:

Some providers are located or operate servers outside Thailand, so using the Service may involve international transfers. We select providers that maintain internationally recognised data-protection safeguards.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority.

5. Retention

• Account data, charts and conversations — retained while your account remains active, and deleted upon your request (see section 6 and the Data Deletion page).
• IP-based daily allowance records — kept per day and used solely for allowance counting.
• Aggregate usage statistics — may be retained in non-identifying form for overall service analysis.
• Accounting and tax records — retained for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data; to rectify inaccurate or outdated data; to erasure; to restrict processing; to object to processing; to data portability; to withdraw consent previously given (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing); and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

To exercise any right, contact admin@popnx.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request.

7. Cookies and browser storage

• Strictly necessary — used to maintain your sign-in session and preferences (language, theme, locally saved charts). These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
• Usage statistics — active only if you select “Accept all”. If you choose “Essential only”, we do not record your usage statistics.

Some chart and conversation data is also kept in your own browser so you can resume where you left off. You can clear it using the clear-history control in the app, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict data access to those who need it, store passwords only as one-way hashes, and apply rate limiting to mitigate attacks. No system is completely secure. Where a data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 20 or over. Where a minor wishes to use the Service, the consent of a parent or guardian is required as prescribed by law. If we learn that we hold a minor’s data without valid consent, we will delete it.

10. Nature of the readings

All readings and guidance provided by the Service are for general reflection only and are not medical diagnosis, legal advice, or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify you through the Service or by email. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
