ข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณ (“ผู้ใช้”) กับ บริษัท ป๊อป เอ็นเอกซ์ เวิร์ลด์ จำกัด (“เรา”) ในการใช้เว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน onehora.com (“บริการ”) การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้แล้ว

1. ลักษณะของบริการ

บริการนี้ให้บริการคำนวณดวงชะตาตามหลักโหราศาสตร์ไทย (ผูกลัคนา ทักษา ตรีวัย ดาวจร) การหาฤกษ์ การวิเคราะห์ชื่อตามหลักเลขศาสตร์ และการปรึกษาผ่านผู้ช่วยที่ทำงานด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์

2. บัญชีผู้ใช้

• คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในการสมัคร และรักษารหัสผ่านของคุณเป็นความลับ
• คุณรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ
• บริการนี้มุ่งให้บริการแก่ผู้มีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ผู้เยาว์ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
• ห้ามใช้บัญชีร่วมกันในลักษณะที่เป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงการจำกัดสิทธิ์การใช้งาน

3. สิทธิ์การใช้งานฟรีและเครดิต

• เราจัดให้มีสิทธิ์การใช้งานฟรีในจำนวนจำกัดต่อวัน และอาจปรับเปลี่ยนจำนวนดังกล่าวได้ตามความเหมาะสมของการให้บริการ
• เครดิตใช้สำหรับแลกรับบริการพยากรณ์ในระดับต่าง ๆ ตามอัตราที่แสดงในบริการ ณ ขณะนั้น
• เครดิตไม่ใช่เงินตราหรือทรัพย์สินทางการเงิน ไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่น ไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสด และไม่มีดอกผล
• เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือเรียกคืนเครดิตที่ได้มาโดยผิดเงื่อนไข การทุจริต หรือความผิดพลาดของระบบ
• หากระบบไม่สามารถให้คำตอบได้เนื่องจากข้อขัดข้องทางเทคนิค เครดิตที่ถูกหักสำหรับคำถามนั้นจะถูกคืนเข้าบัญชีของคุณโดยอัตโนมัติ

4. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

คุณตกลงจะไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อ

• กระทำการที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น
• ป้อนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูล
• เข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ทดสอบเจาะระบบ หรือรบกวนการทำงานของบริการ
• ใช้เครื่องมืออัตโนมัติเพื่อดึงข้อมูลจำนวนมาก หรือหลีกเลี่ยงการจำกัดสิทธิ์การใช้งาน
• นำคำตอบไปเผยแพร่ในลักษณะที่ทำให้เข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นคำวินิจฉัยทางการแพทย์หรือคำแนะนำทางวิชาชีพ

5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

• ซอฟต์แวร์ ส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ เนื้อหาตำรา คลังความรู้ และเครื่องหมายการค้าที่ใช้ในบริการ เป็นของเราหรือผู้ให้อนุญาตแก่เรา
• ข้อมูลการเกิดและข้อความที่คุณป้อนเข้ามายังคงเป็นของคุณ คุณอนุญาตให้เราใช้ข้อมูลนั้นเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการตามที่คุณร้องขอ
• คุณสามารถใช้คำพยากรณ์ที่ได้รับเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนตัวได้ แต่ไม่อนุญาตให้ทำซ้ำเนื้อหาตำราหรือคลังความรู้ของเราเพื่อการค้า

6. ความพร้อมของบริการ

เราพยายามให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อขัดข้อง เราอาจปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติบริการบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดได้ โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควรเมื่อทำได้

7. การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี

เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือมีพฤติกรรมที่เป็นภัยต่อระบบหรือผู้ใช้รายอื่น คุณสามารถขอยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อตามขั้นตอนในหน้า วิธีขอลบข้อมูล

8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง การสูญเสียโอกาส หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการที่คุณเชื่อถือคำพยากรณ์ในการตัดสินใจ ทั้งนี้ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคหรือในกรณีที่เราจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง

9. ความเป็นส่วนตัว

การเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดนี้

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งผ่านบริการหรือทางอีเมล การใช้บริการต่อไปหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทย และให้ศาลไทยเป็นศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจในการพิจารณาข้อพิพาท

Terms of Service

Effective: 30 July 2026

These Terms form an agreement between you (“User”) and POP NX WORLD CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the onehora.com website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service calculates astrological charts according to traditional Thai astrology (ascendant, Taksa, Tri-Wai, transits), provides auspicious-timing analysis, name analysis by Thai numerology, and consultation through an AI-powered assistant.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• The Service is intended for users aged 20 or over; minors require parental consent as prescribed by law.
• Accounts may not be shared in order to circumvent usage limits.

3. Free allowance and credits

• We provide a limited number of free readings per day and may adjust that allowance as appropriate for the operation of the Service.
• Credits are used to obtain readings at the rates displayed in the Service at the time of use.
• Credits are not money or a financial asset. They are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and bear no interest.
• We reserve the right to suspend or reclaim credits obtained in breach of these Terms, through fraud, or through a system error.
• If the system cannot produce an answer due to a technical failure, credits charged for that question are automatically returned to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• act unlawfully or infringe the rights of others;
• enter another person’s personal data without that person’s consent;
• gain unauthorised access, probe or attack the system, or disrupt the Service;
• use automated tools to extract data at scale or to circumvent usage limits;
• republish readings in a way that presents them as medical diagnosis or professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

• The software, interface, textual content, knowledge base and trademarks used in the Service belong to us or our licensors.
• Birth details and text you enter remain yours. You grant us the rights necessary to process that data in order to deliver the Service you request.
• You may use the readings you receive for personal purposes, but may not reproduce our textual content or knowledge base commercially.

6. Availability

We aim to provide the Service continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, giving reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that harm the system or other users. You may close your account at any time following the steps on the Data Deletion page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or damage arising from your reliance on a reading when making decisions. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law, or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
